TFS 2015 build failed waiting for an available agent
TFS 2015 was reporting 'build failed' and the only step shown was 'waiting for an available agent'.
Had to go to 'agents' in the TFS web console and click 'update agent' which must have restarted something that had stopped (even though it showed it as active/idle)
