Known only as the apple, this mysterious red object moves by hovering. It generates a breathable atmosphere wherever it goes, with a spread of about 10 yards. It can be trained to roughly follow a person. Though it does sometimes have a mind of its own, it is not likely to desert someone dependant on its air.
In Yellowbeam, Daved Breggs acquires one of these. He finds it tempting to eat.
They are native to the Vorian home planet.
