Visual Studio 2005
Is extremely buggy. It crashes at least once a day, if you try to do anything too fast, or hit a button that is supposed to do a lot of work (such as 'refactor', etc.)
The interface as a whole is extremely slow. Opening a properties list (or any menu list) can take a while. Sometimes the window never opens and you end up with a locked program, or screen that is entirely blank, and you have to restart.
Update:
Service Packs seem to have resolved most of these problems, although it is still much slower than 2003 or 2008 are.
