.NET Databinding: Form Visible not working
Issue: Setting databinding of Visible property to a control such as a panel doesn't work.
Solution: If your form or control the object in isn't visible at the time of the databinding, it will remain invisible. You have to intercept visibleChanged and refresh the databinding. This is a likely cause of the panel not showing up.
