ExchangeService: HasAttachments is false on emails from sprint mobile phones
In Exchange OWA, the paperclip icon is missing, and in the Exchange WebService API, HasAttachments is false on messages with photos from a sprint phone.
Workaround:
In Exchange API, use "Attachments.Count > 0" rather than "HasAttachments".
In OWA, click into the message to see the photo.
